You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will receive no further text messages from that program, except where necessary to complete a transaction already in progress or where otherwise required or permitted by law.

If you opt out and later wish to resume messages, you may re-subscribe by contacting us or by submitting a new request through our website.

Message delivery is subject to the terms and effective transmission of your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Cook AI Ventures LLC is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message transmission caused by carriers, networks, or devices outside our control.

8. Your Mobile Information Is Not Sold or Shared

No mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent to receive text messages will be sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have requested — for example, messaging platform providers and telecommunications carriers. Those parties are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes, and may not sell, rent, or share it.

This commitment applies both to messages sent by Cook AI Ventures LLC and to messages sent through our platform on behalf of our clients.

Cook AI Ventures LLC provides messaging services to business clients. Where a message is sent on behalf of one of our clients, that client is the sender and is responsible for obtaining all consents required by applicable law before any message is sent to you.
