Subscription Terms
1. What You Are Buying
BeachCombersMania (beachcombersmania.online, its six regional sites and the Android app) is sold as one-time passes, not subscriptions. Each pass gives you a fixed number of AI shell scans for a fixed period in the regions it covers. Shell ID by Sight and the 123-species guide are free for everyone and need no pass. By purchasing a pass you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
- Trial Pass - free with a new account - 1 day - 2 AI scans - your chosen region.
- Weekly Pass - $5.99 - 7 days - 25 AI scans - one region.
- Month Pass - $9.99 - 30 days - 50 AI scans - all six regions.
- Seasonal Pass - $19.99 - 183 days (about 6 months) - 250 AI scans - all six regions.
- Annual Pass - $24.99 - 365 days - 300 AI scans - all six regions.
- Scan Top-Off - $3.99 - adds 25 AI scans to an active pass; it does not extend the pass dates.
A pass ends when either its time runs out or its scans are used up, whichever comes first. Unused scans do not carry over to a later pass. Current prices and scan counts are shown at checkout; if this page and the checkout ever differ, the checkout price applies.
2. Billing - One Payment, No Renewal
You are charged once, at the moment of purchase, for the pass you selected. We do not charge your payment method again for any reason unless you yourself make a new purchase. There is no billing cycle, no renewal date and nothing to cancel. We will never convert a Trial Pass into a paid pass without a purchase you make yourself.
3. Pricing and Price Changes
Prices may change from time to time. A price change never affects a pass you have already bought; it applies only to purchases made after the change.
4. Payment Methods
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details under its own terms and privacy policy; Cook AI Ventures LLC never sees or stores your full card number and does not keep a payment method on file.
5. Trial Pass
The Trial Pass is free and expires on its own after 1 day or 2 AI scans. It never becomes a paid pass automatically. If you want to keep scanning, you buy a pass of your choice.
6. Ending Your Pass Early
Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel. You may stop using a pass at any time; it will simply expire on its end date. You may ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@cookaiventuresllc.online.
7. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details and how to ask. In short: if a pass did not work for you, write to support@cookaiventuresllc.online within the window stated there and we will make it right.
8. Changing Passes
You may buy a different pass at any time. A new all-regions pass starts when you buy it and runs alongside any pass you already hold; scans from both are available until each one ends. A Scan Top-Off adds scans to your current pass only.
9. Accounts
A pass is tied to the account that bought it and may not be shared or resold. If an account is closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy, any remaining pass time is forfeited.
10. State-Specific Provisions
Because our passes are one-time purchases that never renew, state laws governing recurring or auto-renewing subscriptions do not apply to them. These Terms are governed by Ohio law, and any disputes are resolved per our Terms of Service.
